Donations


One of our friends donated four buoys to the club! Some of them are still in the box.

    Let me know what I should do with them, for now they are in my basement. Also, I like the idea of using blow up water toys for the markers on the green fleet course. It makes it more fun and it's easier to explain to young children (i.e. sail windward to the whale). It seems like another item that we could have donated via a company like Walgreens.

    When was the kick-off meeting and who were the attendees? I've volunteered to handle the awards prep. Although I will not be there during that part of July, I am happy to help ahead of time as much as possible.
    As of our board meeting yesterday, I understand that we are to go about six deep in US Sailing medals and also give awards for all first place winners by race (certificates.)

    Lets add all of the rest of the marinas, RH Liquors. Pasta Plus, and all of the restaurants as most of these have sponsored the CBYRA red Book.
