We agreed that we should use wristbands to track who has paid for Saturday's dinner and dance. While the children's meals will be included in their entry, parents, coaches, and other siblings need to pay. This would be a good practice at all of the Junior Sailing events. I found the following options on-line:
Plastic Wristbands: $49.95 for 500
Tyvec Wristbands: $14.95 for 500
Plastic Wristbands: $150 for 500 (like the "Livestrong" wristband)

Tyvec should be fine for a two-day event, even with swimming.
They can be customized with lettering and simple graphics for free. As Wanda said, we probably need at least two colors, one for competitors and one for family/friends that pay to eat.
