  1. I apologize for throwing questions out without having been involved in any of the discussions, however:

    Do you anticipate any costs related to the grounds? Signage? Temporary Barricades? Washdown Water hoses?

    There will also be quite a number of boats to coordinate in and out of the water. Will there be a designated or official "Dock Master" to help direct and coordinate activities at the lifts, on the piers, onshore boat storage and prioritize areas that are to be "kept clear?"
    Is it possible that if one is not designated, conflicting information from several different so called 'people in charge' may confuse, confound, and eventually aggravate participants.
